Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with direct reports to ensure they are provided with growth opportunities that maximize their performance and engagement; ensure they have annual measurable targets and goals in place and expectations/priorities are communicated.
  • Responsible for developing comprehensive strategic marketing plans and overseeing the execution, budgets, and actions to achieve energy savings targets.
  • Responsible for reporting on campaign success, emphasizing conversion rates, target audience engagement, and overall program participation for SME programs.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to understand customer and market trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for ensuring marketing content is aligned with program objectives and educates internal and external stakeholders on program offerings
  • Responsible for collaborating with and communicating annual and ongoing strategic business marketing plans to external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Brand stewardship – ensuring the ENS brand is represented accurately across the customer experience in all customer touchpoints
  • Responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization to develop and maintain a portfolio of integrated marketing materials for programs based on strategic market planning.
  • Perform any other duties as required from time to time
