MARKET KNOWLEDGE

• Stay updated on renewables industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A varied range of experience in different sized companies, covering the full marketing mix.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
• Design – adobe illustrator, Wordpress, creating online content and brochures.
• Experience managing social media accounts and familiarity with social media management tools.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Professional to join our team. they will be the central point at Aukera for anything to do with Marketing or Brand.
They should be confident in creating and implementing a marketing strategy, based on their analysis of Aukera. They should be a natural communicator, great at building relationships and recognizing where marketing skills can help the business.
We see this as a very collaborative role, that draws together the threads of the brand and communications across Aukera, ensuring consistency and flexibility where required, optimising our marketing activities so they are efficient without being restrictive, and ensuring that the corporate teams and the local country teams are fully supported in their marketing requirements.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with experience across the whole marketing spectrum. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of our industry is not required, however a personal interest in renewable energy and sustainable businesses would mean you are aligned with the Aukera values and goals.
