Marketing Lead

This role is ideally based in Auckland, but we are also open to candidates from Wellington or Christchurch.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL | Ō PŪKENGA

We are looking for an experienced marketer. You will thrive developing and creating strategy but also being able to roll up your sleeves to build and deliver campaigns across email, social and other digital channels. Along with this you will be:

• A fantastic communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and at times directing our agency partners and contractors.
• A strong collaborator that sees the value in cross functional, agile ways of working and can lead projects and align people to get results quickly.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, able to self-manage and be adaptable in your approach to work.
• Great at analysis to understand what is working and what needs to be optimised to meet our potential and current customers on the right channel at the right time.

As Marketing Lead you’ll be a savvy marketing professional responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive customer engagement with the NZTE offer.
