As the Marketing Lead for Wholesale & Channel at Vocus, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers within these key segments. Additionally, you will provide product marketing support for a specified portfolio of products, ensuring they are effectively positioned in the market and aligned with customer needs.

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field, or significant in market experience. MBA highly preferred.
  • +5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B marketing and experience working with Wholesale and Channel customer segments preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in the telecommunications/IT industries or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Segment Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and preferences of Wholesale & Channel customers in the telecommunications industry.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand the needs, pain points, and buying behaviors of Wholesale & Channel customers in the telecommunications space.
  • Product Marketing Support: Work closely with the product management team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the specified portfolio of telecommunications solutions.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, customer success, and senior leadership within Vocus.
