- Extensive professional B2B and marketing communications experience (CIM qualification and knowledge of insurance broking and the London market desired)
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills and experience developing compelling and actionable content for a broad range of audiences and a demonstrated ability to distil complex topics into digestible content for multiple mediums.
- Proven success engaging with and influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Outstanding skills in researching, copy-writing, proof-reading and constructing effective messaging to position offerings
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
