Responsibilities:
| 1. Analyzes the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets.
| 2. Visits Doctor’ offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain client referrals.
| 3. Analyzes the company’s organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
| 4. Analyzes past and current marketing data.
| 5. Completes an analysis of the company’s “product” line.
| 6. Analyzes client/company relationships.
| 7. Develops sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
| 8. Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
| 9. Implements marketing plan staying within established timetable.
| 10. Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plan on an established basis
