Description:

Were hugely proud of our fantastic new build properties for our shared ownership and market sale schemes and we’re excited to be able to market these to customers across our geographies looking for their ideal home. That’s where you come in.
You’ll create design and implement new marketing initiatives for our homes across digital and print media that’s engaging, effective and supports our Sales team’s goals.
Vision, creativity and the drive to want to do things differently will all be essential as you’ll be finding new and innovative ways to market our homes and ensure our homes stand out across a range of platforms, all while pushing Abri’s brand awareness.
A data junkie, you’ll be expected to track and report the performance of these initiatives, ensuring maximum value for money, constantly amending and fine-tuning our approaches. Remember, we don’t want to do things how they’ve always been done, we want to do them even better!

Responsibilities:

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers. Silva Homes joined Abri in October 2023 making the group a financially stronger and more resilient organisation. To help deliver our services Abri work with 36 local authorities and 63 different parliamentary constituencies alongside partners in our community.
Silva will operate as a separate legal entity under the Abri Group umbrella before fully transferring in 2024.
