Description:

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

  • Degree or equivalent in marketing or associated subject

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing role.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reports.
  • Experience using a CMS (Webflow ideal but not essential).
  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to deliver professional and engaging content in various formats.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team.

Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand recognition. A key project for this role will be leading the Accora Academy initiative to expand its reach and increase engagement, ultimately enhancing customer product knowledge and boosting sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies.
  • Utilizing various marketing channels and tactics develop a strategy to expand the reach and engagement of Accora Academy.
  • Create engaging content and marketing campaigns to promote the Academy.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the Academy, the Accora website and general marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Enhance customer engagement through targeted campaigns and personalised communication.
  • Oversee website content management to ensure relevance and freshness while maximising online visibility and lead generation.
  • Support the coordination and promotion of trade shows and other in-person events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers and partners to create compelling content, marketing campaigns, and assets.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and engagement strategies.
