EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or above in biology, immunology, or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of marketing or similar experience in diagnostics, preferably including specific knowledge of allergy testing and/or the ImmunoCAP product portfolio
- Demonstrated ability in a marketing role with proven core competences: marketing program development and execution, channels, segmentation, value propositions and messaging
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Possess a strong understanding of allergic disease areas & diagnostic technologies
- Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive adoption, generate demand and on-going usage, and create loyal customers
- Experience in marketing to HCPs; experience marketing directly to patients a plus
- Great teammate, results oriented, strong collaborative skills, motivated to contribute to and operate in a diverse, multicultural environment
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactical plans and complete those plans
- Strong project management skills and able to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously
- Able to navigate ambiguity and handle changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Able to think strategically, operate independently, take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive execution of marketing programs
Location: the role can be a remote role, with regular travel to Uppsala, Sweden and other international trave
