Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Marketing and Operations Specialist to enhance our online sales and operational capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive e-commerce skills alongside digital marketing expertise and administrative prowess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management:
  • Shopify: Advanced management of our Shopify store, including theme customization, app integration, and performance analysis.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, product listings, and updates to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Payment Gateways: Manage and troubleshoot payment processing systems for seamless transactions.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Social Media Marketing: Strategize and execute campaigns across platforms to boost visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Google AdWords & AdSense: Design, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns for high ROI.
  • SEO: Drive organic growth through keyword optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO.
  • Email Marketing: Develop targeted email campaigns for customer lifecycle management, from acquisition to retention.
  • Sales and Outreach:
  • Cold Calling: Identify and engage potential customers to expand our client base.
  • E-commerce Operations:
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Manage post-purchase support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Return Management: Handle return logistics and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on key metrics and operational health.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including backend management and frontend optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in Google AdWords, AdSense, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce operations, including inventory and order management.
  • Strong cold calling and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills for an on-site position.
  • Commitment to producing regular performance reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or B2C e-commerce.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
