We are looking for a driven, analytical and results-oriented Marketing Manager to help scale acquisition initiatives across Amazon Music tiers, aiming to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps. In this role you will support the Europe & Australia and New Zealand Audience Development team with the execution of content marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, analyzing campaign results for optimization and building playbooks to scale proven campaign structures.
Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with our Music Industry and Content partners as well as the Global Audience Development team to identify growth opportunities for Amazon Music in Europe and ANZ.
- Own digital marketing campaigns from end to end: manage targeting and segmentation, channel selection, messaging, content and design, planning and execution as well as reporting.
- Build scalable campaign playbooks and work with cross-functional teams on campaign calendar and execution planning.
- Work closely together with internal and external creative production partners and media agency to ensure high quality campaign execution.

- Experience planning paid advertising campaigns on social, search, etc.
- Ability to analyze data quantitatively using metrics to back up assumptions and identifying opportunities.
