Description:

The AmeriLux Family of Companies is Hiring! We are seeking an innovative and driven Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, and support product-specific marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong sales and marketing skills, capable of overseeing a wide range of marketing activities from content creation to CRM management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product-Specific Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives for specific products and services, ensuring maximum market impact.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Strategy: Plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns, including content creation, targeted advertising, promotions, and brand-focused initiatives across various digital platforms.
  • Marketing Collateral & Literature Management: Oversee the development, organization, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Sales & Product Knowledge Training: Coordinate and manage Sales Training Days and Product Knowledge Days, working closely with the sales team to ensure proper product education and awareness across all levels.
  • Industry & Trade Association Management: Maintain and foster relationships with key industry associations (e.g., NADRA, NHB) to ensure strong representation and active participation within relevant industry networks.
  • Dealer Support & Onboarding: Provide marketing support to new dealers by facilitating joint marketing efforts, organizing store visits, and overseeing new display set-up to ensure a smooth onboarding process and strong market entry.
  • Trade Show Leadership: Take charge of trade show management, overseeing all aspects from booth design and set-up to pre-show marketing efforts, and post-show lead management to maximize visibility and ROI.
