Right now, we need to strengthen our Regional Marketing team with a Marketing Manager, APAC who will focus on regional campaign planning and oversee execution of omni-channel campaigns, regional initiatives, product launches according to regional roadmaps.

YOU PROBABLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

  • Proven marketing experience in global lifestyle, CE, luxury brands in at least two markets in APAC managing direct reports
  • Proven experience of planning and implementing holistic integrated brand marketing campaigns in APAC from digital campaigns to retail activations
  • Established network in Asia in the fields of lifestyle, music, culture and media
  • Business level of English & working proficiency in one of these languages is preferred: Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Thai.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The role will require deep cooperation with global stakeholders and local market stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Ecom. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to the APAC Marketing Director, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the full end to end process of regional campaign planning– proactively planning of kick off meetings and weekly alignment and sync meetings, ensuring stakeholders are continuously updated on project changes. Ensure cross functional teams and stakeholders are aware of dependencies, deliverables, sign offs and deadlines
  • Ensure the delivery and cascading of assets to local marketing and channel owners from global CS team. Liaise with CS to ensure that all assets and content produced is optimised for the relevant channels and delivers on our marketing priorities including needs in the APAC tail markets
  • Represent APAC in relevant internal forums including the development of critical paths for global campaigns implementation, regional initiatives and regional partnership activities, using Monday.com creative and communications function planning tool to ensure business wide stakeholders
  • Manage seeding samples and coordination for all marketing samples in APAC in focus and tail markets, working closely with Local Marketing Managers
  • Support Marketing Director, APAC to drive major APAC Campaign and Project development: Lunar New Year, Physical Retail, Activation concepts
  • Support Marketing Director, APAC to drive the development of Distributor Marketing processes for non-focus markets from strategy to toolkit delivery
  • Support cross functional initiatives for Marshall Group including Corporate Communication, Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeit projects
