As a Base Management Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping and executing strategies that enhance customer value, reduce churn, and optimize revenue opportunities.
This role requires a dynamic, data-driven, and collaborative professional who excels at creating actionable strategies that align with organizational objectives and customer needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at surprising and delighting customers, reducing churn, enhancing profitability, and driving the adoption of new services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer-impacting initiatives and develop strategic recommendations for effectively deploying these initiatives to the existing customer base, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Own the competitive intelligence framework by tracking and analyzing competitors’ activities while closing monitoring channel performance data to identify both short-term and long-term marketing opportunities and respond effectively to industry trends.
- Enhance and optimize customer self-serve tools and platforms, empowering customers to manage their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and access support with greater ease and efficiency.
- Analyze and map the current customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the overall experience.
- Facilitate the transition of customers from fixed wireless and cable internet solutions to advanced, state-of-the-art fiber optic technologies, ensuring seamless migration and enhanced user experience.
- Drive the continued evolution of our GTM approach, including our processes, agent aides, tools and platforms, and how we measure success.
- Work with cross-departmental teams to manage revenue and retention projects that contribute to business development and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in base management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within telecommunications or subscription-based services.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in turning data into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of competitive intelligence tracking and market analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business goals.
- Experience with churn reduction, upsell initiatives, and ARPU improvement strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
