The Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy and drive business growth. This is a key role that requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage marketing initiatives across digital, content, and campaign strategies.
You will lead the marketing function, aligning campaigns with business objectives, managing junior marketing staff, and working closely with senior leadership to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and brand positioning.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns across marketing channels.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including overseeing the creation of website content, social media management, and SEO strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns that support both lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum return on investment.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, and social media management platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and video editing tools is a plus.
