ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY | TE WHIWHINGA MAHI

Due to parental leave, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Beverages team in a 12 months fixed term opportunity. In this role, you will focus on the development and implementation of the marketing plan for Cream and Flavoured Milk portfolios to grow our brands and deliver positive business outcomes across Oceania.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager Beverages Oceania, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Cream and Flavoured Milk portfolios across Oceania using customer and consumer insights to drive business growth
  • Lead the development of brand innovation and renovation opportunities aligned to the Oceania Innovation pipeline for Anchor and other brands in the portfolio
  • Work with rostered agencies and the wider Marketing & Innovation team to develop compelling integrated brand communication campaigns to be rolled out in market
  • Create engaging brand experiences for communications across diverse media and channels.
  • Manage budgets effectively and review ROI of marketing spend.

We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional, who has a strategic and innovative mindset. You’ll have a strong customer focus with skills to translate, communicate and champion customer requirements within Oceania. You will have excellent communication skills, with an ability to quickly develop and maintain relationships as well as influence others.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Significant experience in marketing with proven experience to develop compelling marketing strategies that deliver growth
  • Experience in developing and delivering successful initiatives to drive brand growth
  • Proven ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent commercial nous to understand and deliver business performance
  • Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
