SUMMARY:
As an insight driven leader and member of the DACH Commercial Leadership Team you will be responsible for developing strategies and plans to effect new user development and user retention in order to deliver sustainable market share growth for the CONTOUR® brand. Reporting directly to the Head of the DACH region, you will lead the German BGM Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead German BGM Brand Management & Marketing for all addressable channels (HCP, Trade, Consumer, Payer) throughout the customer journey to drive CONTOUR® BGM adoption and retention.
Develop and execute against marketing strategies with a targeted and impactful marketing mix in support of the brand’s objective to produce efficient and sustainable market volume and value share targets.
Analyze the business and competitive environment on a continual basis, using solid data and sound judgment to recommend ways to better meet short and long-term business goals.
Manage the German CONTOUR® marketing budget for all addressable channels. Continuously monitor spend for effectiveness, and rationalize as appropriate.
Based on a strong understanding of account planning and the CONTOUR® BGM business model, including customer and patient needs, identify opportunities to support sales in achieving our goals while driving the strategy.
Ensure sales are trained on all relevant aspects of the CONTOUR® marketing mix to facilitate team engagement and impact.
Closely cooperate with DACH Commercial Managers to identify and leverage synergies across business units and across the region.
Manage internal communications for the German legal entity.
