As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. You will lead a dynamic team, manage campaigns, and ensure that all marketing activities align with our business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all platforms.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to inform future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
