MARKETING MANAGER, EUROPE (CONTENT AND EVENTS)

Are you a passionate, energetic and creative marketer with a keen interest in the fast-paced adtech space? We are looking for a marketing difference-maker to join our growing business. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Europe, this is a hands-on role executing our marketing and events efforts across the UK, The Netherlands and Spain.
This role is a newly-created position due to company expansion, and will play an essential role in growing our presence across some of our most important and fastest-growing regions. We’re a small and dynamic global marketing team, so you’ll also have influence and involvement in a wide range of marketing initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders across the company, including Sales, Product, Insights teams.
This role gives high visibility and exposure within Blis, working across some of our most high-profile activations and will include a mix of events, content, sales enablement, partnerships and gifting. Semi-regular travel across the European regions will be required.
The right candidate for this role will have experience in the advertising technology and/or media industry, working across a range of channels and having demonstrable experience in delivering both hospitality and insight-led events, as well as the production of a range of content types; whitepapers, reports, presentation decks, videos and social content to name a few desirable examples.
This role would be suitable for a junior Marketing Manager looking to quickly grow a portfolio of work on which to build a career, or a proven Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive looking to step up.
This is a full-time position based in London. Flexible hybrid working.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within the advertising sector - regional European experience a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of success in tactical marketing roles in and working within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments, where multi-tasking is essential
  • Proven track record of collaboration and creating strong partnerships internally with marketing, sales and product teams, as well as senior executives
  • Experience in relationship and partnership building with key trade organizations, agencies, partners and other ecosystem players within the digital marketing, mobile and advertising industries
  • Ideally knowledge and experience with Hubspot or other automation platforms and Wordpress/Elementor
  • Experience with programmatic and/or SaaS technology and mobile location technology expertise is a plus
  • Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
  • Fluency/working application of Dutch and/or Spanish a plus
