Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years marketing an agency or digital marketing tool/platform

You should have experience with:

  • All Microsoft office applications
  • Hubspot CRM, sales hub and marketing hub
  • Social media scheduling and reporting tools
  • Wordpress and/or similar CMS
  • Google Analytics
  • Graphics editing software e.g. Photoshop and Figma

Video editing skills would be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Champion our brand: lead the marketing efforts across Builtvisible’s organic digital services, making sure we stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Content leadership: drive the creation, distribution and promotion of engaging content that speaks to our audience, from webinars, blogs and guides to compelling client stories that highlight our successes.
  • Inspire our teams: ensure all teams understand the ‘why’ behind our marketing strategy and the part they play in it. Deliver training and marketing ideation sessions to support our culture of innovation across the agency.
  • Website management: keep our website fresh and compelling, coordinating with our consulting teams to showcase the latest insights and updating service pages to align with market trends.
  • Manage Builtvisible social channels: ensure consistent brand messaging, engaging content, and active community management to increase our online presence and influence.
  • Email marketing ownership: grow our database and deliver impactful email campaigns through our Inner Circle mailer, and outbound initiatives, driving engagement and leads.
  • Expand our reach: identify and secure external opportunities for Builtvisible’s thought leaders, including conference speaking slots, PR coverage and guest columns etc.
  • Event & awards management: oversee our internal events, award submissions and continuously seek new avenues to highlight our achievements.
  • Manage marketing budget: ensure effective allocation of resources and negotiate with external marketing suppliers to secure maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Performance reporting: Provide clear, actionable insights on the impact and ROI of marketing activities to key stakeholders.
