MARKETING MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a Marketing role. Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality is preferred.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives of the group.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, operations and sales to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives
• Conceptualize, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email and traditional media
• Responsible for managing the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business targets. Includes A&P budget negotiation with suppliers and delivery platform partners
• Manage the entire process from new menu creation / revamped menu to menu research and development stage to launch, organization of food tastings, final tweaks with GM/Chef before the official launch
• Be involved in weekly Operations meeting with the team to update and evaluate marketing initiatives, new menu launches and feedback from promotions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer insights and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
• Ensure all customer’s complaints received via online and email are responded
• Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site
