    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. This position is suitable for graduates with a degree in Marketing and experienced individuals looking to continue and grow in their Marketing career. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies promoting Close the Loop’s products and services across the North American business divisions, enhance our brand presence, and support our sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or similar. Two or more years’ experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft: Must be proficent in Microsoft product including Teams.

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing).
  • Willingness and availability to join meetings with interstate or global teams outside work hours to accommodate time zones.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (nationally)

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Draft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support Close the Loop’s North American business divisions.
  • Head Office Liaison-Marketing: Primary liaison with lead Marketing team based in Australia, responsible for integrating and adhering to global brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with each business division to design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Website Redesign Project: Be a key participant in the team responsible for the successful relaunch of company website. Assist and collaborate with Head Office Marketing team and North American business divisions on the project.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, promotional events, and website updates.
  • Sales Alignment: Working closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support lead generation efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Media and Advertising Coordination: Engaging with media partners and ad agencies when required.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.
