Now, the fabled Grand Hotel Astoria will re-emerge as Corinthia Brussels later in 2024, a beacon of elegance and luxury in the heart of the Belgian capital.
Following a meticulous restoration, Corinthia Brussels will marry the classical elegance of its storied past with sophisticated modern facilities including 126 rooms and suites, a gastronomic restaurant and brasserie, and 1000 square metres of wellness. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager for Corinthia Brussels will play an integral role within the hotel’s Sales & Marketing team, managing a team of Marketing Executives to promote Brussels’ Most Fabulous Address. More than a hotel, this position will promote all the outlets of the address including 1000 square metres of wellness, 2 restaurants, a multi-brand retail space, destination bar and more.
Alongside overseeing the digital, Social and Communications for the hotel, this position will also be focused on curating meaningful, collaborative partnerships for the hotel and outlets with the opportunity to re-invent what a hotel partnership can look like.

Note – fluency in English, French and Dutch languages is preferred for this position.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Paid Media, including Social Media and PPC
- A creative, out of the box thinker to think differently about what defines a hotel partnership
- Experience developing and nurturing brand partnerships to mutual benefit
- A true networker, comfortable meeting new people
EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or similar field
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in spoken English, French and Dutch is required
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of junior Marketing professionals for Social Media, PR & Communications and Digital including CRM, website management and paid campaigns
- Ensure on-brand, consistent and up-to-date representation of Corinthia Brussels across all customer-facing touchpoints in-house and digitally, including collateral development
- Curate compelling storytelling for the hotel and outlets across all touchpoints including content curation and relevant channel distribution
- Drive direct business through a clear Paid Media strategy and report on defined KPIs
- Collaborate with all key hotel partners to ensure effective communication of all relevant outlets and happenings within the hotel
- Elevate the reputation and visibility of Corinthia Brussels towards relevant media, influencers and key opinion leaders with consistent and regular communication, and engaging programming
- Work to build an environment within Corinthia Brussels to welcome and attract the local community through relevant and unique partnerships
- Maintain relationships with key hotel partners for Corinthia Brussels to continually build upon mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop existing partnerships with a creative approach to bring added value to the hotel experiences
- Develop and maintain relations with Belgian tourism associations to work together to build the reputation of Brussels as a key destination for the leisure traveller
- Build upon and grow a network of contacts within the Brussels community for collaboration opportunities and to become the destination of choice for luxury brands and the local community to host their most exceptional events
- Oversee photography and video shoots for Corinthia Brussels and its various outlets in line with brand content guidelines
