Our Client a Luxury Costal Resort based around Falmouth is looking for a new Marketing Manager to join the team!
This role oversees the creation, publication, and distribution of content across all channels, supporting sales, marketing, and operational initiatives while enhancing the brand’s business growth and reputation. The Marketing Manager will manage the resort’s digital presence, ensuring the website, booking engine, and social media platforms are optimized for driving targeted, engaged traffic.
This position will shape and execute the overall marketing strategy for all areas of the resort, including Rooms, Food & Drink, Meetings & Events, the Health Club, Spa, and self-catering apartments, with the goal of increasing revenue across all markets and segments. The role will also manage the annual marketing activation plan, focusing on attracting business during low and shoulder seasons while improving the guest experience during peak times.
Additionally, the Marketing Manager will act as the primary liaison with PR agencies, media outlets, creative partners, and other promotional entities, ensuring cohesive and effective communication of the resort’s brand.
