Description:
Reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing, North America, you will be responsible for marketing several key custom products and engagements for Public Sector Network’s Custom Marketing Team. This team delivers white-glove, tailored solutions for our partners, ensuring high-quality, customized experiences that effectively reach and engage government audiences.
You will join a passionate and committed marketing team, contributing to the success of Public Sector Network’s North American operations. Your work will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and securing the participation of government leaders, decision-makers, and public sector professionals across various levels and departments. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with the PSN team on messaging, campaign analysis and deployment, content creation, social media, web management, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing roles, focusing on custom product delivery, email, demand generation, and social media marketing. Experience in white-glove service delivery is a plus.
- Proficient in email marketing platforms and automation tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems is a plus. Experience with other marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite or Buffer), or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience within the public sector or understanding of government processes and stakeholders is highly valued.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, creative approach to overcoming challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for our custom product offerings, including bespoke events, webinars, whitepapers, content series, and other tailored solutions to boost conversions, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility for our partners.
- Create and promote digital content, including articles, whitepapers, and blog posts, on both the Public Sector Network website and external platforms to support custom campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with production, sales, and operations teams to successfully execute campaign strategies and ensure alignment on messaging and delivery tailored to each partner’s needs.
- Launch campaigns through HubSpot, utilizing advanced data segmentation techniques and marketing automation tools to create and deploy personalized and effective campaigns that resonate with our diverse government audiences.
- Manage campaign websites by continually optimizing content to enhance user engagement and improve SEO performance for partner-focused initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign results using in-house reporting to inform future investment decisions and marketing direction, ensuring all custom projects meet partner expectations.
- Proactively conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and perform competitor analysis, tailoring insights to enhance custom offerings.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation targets, campaign conversion rates, social media engagement levels, and event attendance goals, specifically for custom marketing initiatives.
