Location: Flexible due to pan-European portfolio, Home based with travel to hotels as required

Cycas Hospitality is an award-winning hotel-management company headquartered in Amsterdam, with a team working remotely across Europe to manage 55+ hotels in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and Brussels. Our hotels include global branded properties from IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor and Radisson, as well as a number of independent hotel properties.
The Cycas Hospitality Commercial Team is a strategic unit comprised of Marketing, Sales and Revenue, working to drive best commercial practice across Cycas’ 55+ European hotels. We’re currently preparing for an exciting pipeline of hotel openings across Europe in 2025, and are looking to recruit into our Marketing team to support our growth plans.

• Marketing Strategy: Design and deliver of strategic Marketing plans for all hotels within your remit, planning across multiple hotel properties to achieve efficiencies and enhanced results
• Project Management: Run a variety of simultaneous projects across the porfolio of hotels (branded and independent hotels) to drive commercial delivery to hotels, including F&B / branding projects, system improvements and commercial strategies for the hotels.
• Project System Management: Ability to work effectively when based remotely, using global hospitality brand platforms and project management tools to effectively share frequent daily updates on task delivery, responding to hotel clients & status updates on live projects.
• Campaign Planning & Management: Design and deliver an annual programme of Marketing campaigns to support hotel need periods and maximise market opportunities.
• Digital Marketing: Work both independently within Cycas Commercial team and with our global brands to shape digital marketing strategies for hotels within your remit
• Agencies: Ability to manage third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure optimal services
• Reporting & Analysis: Demonstrate solid ability to manage mulitple data sources and report on web & digital activities alongside strategic recommendations. Effectively communicate Marketing & Digital strategic insight to internal and external stakeholder audiences.
• F&B Specialist Marketing: Design & oversee programme of F&B marketing initiatives alongside 3rd party suppliers to deliver bookings & visibility for hotel F&B outlets
• Collateral: Ability to create hotel, social & internal collateral using systems including Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Copywriting: You’ll be able to write copy for websites, social ads and email marketing campaigns. Communication skills in European languages are always welcomed
• Social Media Management: Ability to manage content planning and creation across multiple social channels and platforms and experience of using 3rd-party systems to schedule / plan content
• Photography & Videography: Ability to organise and oversee hotel photo/video shoots & delivery professional output within set timeframes
