Description:
Responsibilities
- From a marketing point of view you create action plans for our wholesale and distribution, strategy, product positioning, project development support, etc. You align your actions with the sales and internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Through close collaboration with sales & customers you develop
- A profound understanding of the flooring market in the region (route to market, customer segments, competition, etc.
- A yearly marketing strategy & action plan (both B2B and B2C oriented)
- You manage the marketing budget assigned for these activities & always drive ROI.
- In this role you ensure presence and exposure of all Unilin brands on the right online and offline channels. You are also responsible for local PR with a focus on press, new channels and collabs.
- Together with your colleague you closely monitor existing local initiatives and look for creative opportunities and alternatives.
- You link measurable KPI’s to the marketing activities to demonstrate the effectiveness of our marketing actions on sales and the brands.
- You are responsible for creating and developing marketing support and material, online as well as offline (brochures, flyers, website, social media, …).
