Description:
Responsibilities:
- Central communication conduit to distribution, virtual bankers, business, SME and micro-SME and Commercial for all marketing campaigns, with key focus on the launch and implementation of window activity.
- Central day to day conduit for distribution across all business units to provide input to marketing strategy and act as point of contact for marketing support.
- Implement activation plans to ensure network engagement and readiness for national marketing campaigns, at state and regional level.
- Provide state specific insight for campaign development and lobby for state specific marketing support within Westpac Group Marketing.
- Develop state-based marketing strategies in association with State General Managers and Regional General Managers, which are aligned to business objectives/priorities.
- Manage, execute and/or support state-based marketing activities
- Provide on-the-ground activation support for national campaigns and sponsorships, where required, as well as drive state-based campaigns, sponsorships and key brand moments.
- Manage ad hoc requests from the network i.e. signage, print/radio advertising, flyers, posters etc
