As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and sustaining the GE HealthCare strategic marketing initiatives across the business segments within Eastern Europe: this involves identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing growth opportunities for the Eastern European countries across the segments, building the long-term strategy and leading the activation of the strategy through the establishment of growth programs and initiatives that will be driven in partnership with the Commercial & Segment teams.
In this role, you will drive alignment around market trends & share performance, competitive insights and opportunities for investment. You will closely cooperate Local Customer Team, General Managers and have leadership for all marketing team members within Eastern Europe with a mix of direct & indirect reporting lines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Significant experience in field marketing or product marketing and Omnichannel Marketing planning & activation.
- Proven experience in the Eastern European Healthcare industry (digital MedTech or Pharma).
- Proven leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and a marketing strategy.
- Ability to analyze & assess macro trends and broader implications to healthcare and translate that to marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, market, and execute programs incl. documentation.
- Proven operational mindset and ability to translate strategy into action, with strong sense of urgency to drive outcomes with speed and efficiency.
- Experience in a leadership role with direct reports with demonstrated team orientation & ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross- functional teams in matrixed settings.
- Excellent oral and written communications English skills. Knowledge of other European languages will be an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying mid-term (1-3 years) market, clinical, customer and competitive trends, within Eastern Europe that will influence the commercial strategy for GE HealthCare and provide guidance & prioritization on how to define & drive the strategy for accelerated business growth, go-to-market strategy enhancement, business model innovation and new solution development and introduction.
- Establishing and driving growth & marketing programs (incl. Omnichannel programs) across Eastern Europe to activate and operationalize the strategy, in partnership with commercial teams (key metrics will be share, leads, opportunities, orders, market visibility, win-rate).
- Driving high-quality marketing plans including programs (digital, events and more) for the region with the goal to grow funnel through qualified leads; a key element is also to investigate, understand and operationalize the HC Funding opportunities in this Region.
- Maintaining deep understanding of breadth of offerings / services that can be used to support different customer segments.
- Collecting customer insights to build commercial marketing strategy.
- Advising on the commercial prioritization of product and service portfolio within Eastern Europe.
- Collaborating with segments on identifying portfolio priorities for Eastern Europe by continually evaluating the product portfolio versus customer needs and competitive actions.
- Identifying out-of-the-box, innovative/lean solutions and services that could help drive competitive advantage in the Eastern European market (e.g., developing business case for pursuing new business models, investment cases).
- Owning KOL and thought leadership objectives and programs for Eastern Europe.
- Partnering with regional modalities, zones, institutional leadership, & commercial teams to support execution of key initiatives.
- Developing and leading the marketing team to a high performing team with the objective of making them an integral part of the customer activation channel continuum and strategic business partnership.
