Responsibilities:

ROLE

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that amplify Elastik’s brand, expand market presence, and drive customer engagement. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Customer Success and Head of Growth to create impactful campaigns across Australia and beyond.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll need to bring strong self-management and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with audience needs and regional regulations.
  • Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee creating engaging digital and print content tailored to educators and schools.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice while customising content for regional audiences.
  • Manage a resource bank of marketing materials and oversee their production.

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and execute webinars, workshops, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate post-event activities, including lead management and performance analysis.

Social Media & Website Management:

  • Manage and grow Elastik’s social media presence across key platforms.
  • Optimise the website’s SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and engagement.

Customer Communication & Relations:

  • Work with Customer Success to create newsletters, product update communications, and annual customer surveys.
  • Gather testimonials and endorsements from customers to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Manage customer engagement tools, including Salesforce and Mailchimp.
