This position requires personal leadership and cross-functional team skills to achieve company goals. Must think critically, with creative intuition and clear understanding of actions to meet objectives.   • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related business administration from an accredited educational institution
  • Minimum six years’ experience in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Functional and working experience with Adobe creative suite of products, e.g., InDesign
  • Project management – must work on cross-functional environment to drive projects, create and prioritize related tasks, manage multiple obligations, and meet deadlines while under pressure

  • Technical aptitude – experience in translating and communicating complex technical topics to execute the actions with easy-to-understand benefits.

  • Business acumen – possess insight to larger business goals and objectives and understand how the role fits into overall strategy

Responsibilities:

THE CONTRIBUTION YOU WILL BRING TO THIS ROLE:

Justrite Safety Group is looking to hire a new Marketing Manager to develop and oversee the implementation of the business unit marketing strategy and product marketing in accordance with the company’s overall goals and values that boost brand awareness and drive growth.
The Marketing Manager reports into the business and works closely with business unit leader, product manager and sales director to gain a deep understanding of the product range, buyer personas, and market trends in order to develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities and outlines the business unit’s marketing objectives. This includes developing effective product positioning strategies, composing relevant messaging that highlights product value propositions, and designing effective programs, product launches and events that reach the business unit’s target audience.
They will engage with the corporate communications, events and marketing operations teams by providing clear briefs for the creation, production and dissemination of marketing collateral, communications and events with a heavy emphasis on demand generation. Further, they will collaborate with the VP of Strategic Marketing and other business unit marketing managers to create a center of marketing excellence.
The Marketing Manager manages the regional EMEA and APAC Marketing team and is responsible for the achievement of communications and marketing mission, goals, and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress.
The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work under pressure. The ability to make data-driven decisions, a deep understanding of the customer, and a passion for delivering valuable products to the market are also key.
