Description:

QUALIFICATION + PROFILE

  • CIM Level 6 Marketing qualification or equivalent or the willingness to immediately begin studying for such. Qualification in management and / or significant experience in managing and leading a team of technical product managers.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous to any application.
  • Instrument and application knowledge gained in one of our key industries would be advantageous in any application.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns, for example a digital content marketing campaign through email and social channels.
  • Creating strategic marketing plans relating to either products or industry.
  • Ensuring the department plans and implements product launches in accordance to Standard 137.
  • Managing the Industry Managers and Product Marketing Managers daily, ensuring they collaborate and cooperate effectively across all areas of the company.
  • Assisting the personal development of the Industry Managers and Product Marketing Managers through coaching, mentoring and other activities related to their continuous professional development, to develop each individual member whilst also creating a high performing team.
  • Internal and external customer interfaces, both reactive and proactive relating to launch and phase out processes, training, and presentations.
  • Supporting marketing communications with exhibitions, case studies, technical articles, local adaptations, campaigns, and proof reading.
  • Embedding the product portfolio into the relevant key industry strategies via the industry plans and corresponding annual country plan and then actively driving this through the company to ensure full implementation.
