JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and media planning.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation tools).
• Willingness to travel between Bandung and Jakarta as needed.

• STRATEGIC PLANNING AND EXECUTION:Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth for all JBD’s Brands
• BRAND DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENTDevelop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring they are adhered to by all stakeholder, both internal and external partners.
• CONTENT MANAGEMENTPlan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• COLLABORATION AND COORDINATIONWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand managers, trade marketing team, and external partners to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
