Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager would undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’s sales.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
· Having a Digital Marketing background, with experience successfully managing Google Ads + Social Media Campaigns.
· Must be able to multitask and manage projects with tight deadlines.
· A strategic and analytical thinker.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong copywriting skills.
· Ability to develop creative briefs.
· Must have a great eye for detail.
· UAE driving license.
· Fluency in English is a must.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities:
· Developing the marketing business plan to enhance growth, awareness, and loyalty for BROWZ brand with strategic campaigns.
· Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities to target.
· Developing the digital marketing strategy and leading implementation across all platforms; website, social media, google business pages, etc.
· Optimizing Google and Social Media Ads, increasing conversion and engagement results to reach business KPIs.
· Optimizing SEO ranking, and managing enhancements needed on websites and digital channels.
· Creating and executing monthly promotion strategies and engaging content to support business targets.
· Defining, tracking, and reviewing success metrics of campaign conversions.
· Driving new footfall across all locations and creating successful campaigns to retain current guests.
· Leading the production of print materials, event installations & branch signage projects.
· Planning and execution of photo/video shoots, aligned with business targets and brand guidelines.
· Leading the creative direction, curating and co-producing high-quality, engaging content and collaterals with graphic designers and videographers/photographers.
·
· Managing the outreach of partnerships, influencer collaborations, event activations, and brand collaborations.
· Maintain excellent relations with key suppliers and business partners.
· Enhancing and maintaining community management across all channels.
· Supporting the operations department with sales targets, and visual merchandising needs at locations.
