Job description

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is largely a sedentary role; however, there may be the need to lift weight of up to 25lbs, open filing cabinets, move marketing swag and bend or stand as necessary. The role may also require receiving material(s) delivered in boxes of varying weight delivered by courier.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies targeting IT decision-makers in North America. Align these strategies with business objectives, industry trends, and market needs to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and S3O/S3M.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media. Customize content for various platforms to engage and build credibility. Maintain a dynamic content calendar for consistent and relevant material across all channels.
  • Brand Consistency and Optimization: Ensure timely and consistent content delivery, maintaining brand image and voice. Audit branding across platforms and document templates for consistency.
  • Website Management: Update corporate website content, including copy, images, blogs, and events.
  • Design and Production: Design and produce marketing materials using software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, adhering to brand identity guides.
  • Event Planning and Promotion: Plan and execute in-person marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops. Coordinate webinars, expert panels, and tech-related seminars.
  • External Collaborations: Manage external contractors for video editing, graphic design, and content writing if authorized for use. Coordinate with our technology partners and pursue opportunities for appearances on Ferroque, partner, or industry webinars and other mediums to broaden our reach.
  • Budgeting and Partnerships: Develop and maintain marketing budgets and track expenses. Coordinate with our technology partners to acquire funding for customer and other promotional events.
  • Community Engagement: Develop strategies to increase community interaction and growth online and offline. Measure the reach and effectiveness of marketing strategies and conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and measure the impact of marketing campaigns on brand awareness and lead conversion. Regularly report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Audience Insight and Market Research: Conduct research to uncover resonant topics for target customers. Stay current with marketing trends, customer priorities, and technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, sales, and service delivery, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Curate technical content from team members to enhance credibility and brand reputation.
