The Opportunity:
To support Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager of Field & Partner Marketing to lead strategy and demand generation for the UKI and Northern Europe regions.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the global and regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy to support Sitecore’s revenue growth objectives in UKI and Northern Europe.
As the marketing lead for UKI & Northern Europe team, you’ll take an entrepreneurial approach, with a strong track record of defining marketing strategy and driving demand through both direct and partner channels. Working closely with sales and partner organisations, you’ll influence stakeholders to drive collaborative success. Experience in building impactful field and partner marketing teams and using data-driven insights to support pipeline and revenue goals is essential.
Strong sales and partner engagement experience is critical, as you’ll build mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, creating integrated plans that amplify Sitecore’s campaigns to drive shared demand.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT COULD SET YOU APART:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or related business qualification is ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the UKI & Northern Europe demand generation marketing strategy, including a multi-channel marketing plan for field and partner programmes, aligned closely with the regional GTM and with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Generate the pipeline required to meet revenue and growth targets for UKI and Northern Europe, partnering with regional Sales Leadership and key business partners to ensure alignment and support. Leveraging net new in the UK as the key priority.
- Work closely with the sales organisation alongside partners to build a strategy that maximises business value and scales effectively within the regional marketing plan.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Campaign teams to leverage centrally produced assets, adapting them for regional campaigns that drive demand.
- Forecast, measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing demand generation initiatives to dynamically manage the business and achieve results against key KPIs.
- Manage the regional budget within agreed parameters to deliver established business outcomes.
- Lead and develop your team to align with the global marketing agenda, ensuring tailored development plans to support personal and professional growth.
