Job Summary
A Marketing Manager position is available at one of the world’s leading fragrance and flavor companies. This Dubai based position is one that offers a collaborative work environment, experience in a fast-paced industry, and a chance to impact established fragrance brands.
We are looking for a teammate to be responsible for brand, communication, events and marketing strategies to support the growth of our Fine Fragrance clients.
The person will work closely with the Account Managers and Evaluators in charge of the clients and will report directly into the Senior Marketing Lead based in Dubai Creative Center, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the global fine fragrance markets, retail channels, activations, communication, new launches, and consumers to be and act as the expert of the key markets
  • Identify and leverage key social, product, brand, format and olfactive trends to translate them into customized fragrance solutions for our customers and help build marketing rationale and concepts
  • Keep abreast of global fragrance and format trends and share insights with local teams consistently
  • Analyze customer brands’ strategies, portfolio, and products to proactively identify gaps and needs, transforming them into actionable insights and strategic business opportunities
  • Understand and use IFF corporate capabilities to differentiate IFF from competitors
  • Design 360 strategic campaigns to support our submissions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of brand, communication & PR marketing experience in the Americas and Europe Beauty and Fine Fragrance Industry (MUST)
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to Travel
  • Microsoft Office skills a must
