Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for delivering hands-on support for marketing operations in Nevada. This position will work with the regional marketing and sales teams with a focus on brand awareness, events, and lead generation activity and execution. The Marketing Manager will also coordinate and travel for in-person meetings and events with customers, prospects, and partners to develop key relationships.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and have strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills and ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including office staff and all levels of management.
  • Strong proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate events and drive results aligned with company growth and retention goals.
  • Ability to draft press releases and develop media relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • 2-5 years marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    Work Location: Las Vegas, NV
    Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all marketing events (e.g. seminars, symposiums, roundtables) including ongoing discovery of relevant topics with internal and external subject matter experts as well as all logistics.
  • Create and maintain event calendar and checklists to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinates all pre- and post-event activities including but not limited to:
  • Schedule meetings with associates to determine event topics, location, etc.
  • Reserve event space and logistics.
  • Event communication (i.e. event invitations, registration website pages, etc.).
  • Track costs, and RSVPs, and provide post-event evaluations to determine effectiveness.
  • Identify PR-worthy news draft and distribute press releases.
  • Update and maintain the FirstService Residential Nevada website to drive SEO metrics.
  • Drive social media metrics (i.e. Senior Leadership and associate engagement).
  • Oversee online reputation management initiatives.
  • Track and order print collateral and promotional items as needed.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of promotional items.
  • Process vendor invoices and expense forms for payment.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of business cards and name badges.
  • Assist and /or participate in the coordination, planning, and implementation of all industry-related/marketing functions (e.g. tradeshows).
  • Serve as the FirstSource (Intranet) liaison for marketing and sales. Maintain current information and documents on private and public pages.
