At Flock we do insurance very differently.
Our real-time, data-driven approach means we’re able to price connected vehicle insurance on a per-second basis, whilst giving fleet owners the insights they need to improve safety. We don’t just pay claims; we help our customers prevent them. We now insure hundreds of fleets in the UK, including the likes of JLR and Amazon, as well as fleets that work for DPD, Uber and Bolt.
Last year we completed our Series B funding of $38m, led by Octopus Ventures. Our goal is to become the leading insurance company for connected and autonomous vehicles, and we’re building a world-class team to help us get there.

Drive Flock’s marketing strategies to elevate brand presence, engage customers and brokers, and help us grow faster than ever before.

  • You’ll be at the heart of a pioneering insurtech company, reshaping the insurance landscape with data-driven, connected solutions. As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead creative campaigns that communicate Flock’s unique value proposition to fleets and brokers, helping businesses not just buy insurance but reduce risks. You’ll collaborate across teams, leading a wide range of marketing initiatives, from events and webinars to online campaigns and targeting strategies. You’ll thrive in a transparent, diverse, and ambitious culture that fosters creativity, encourages big ideas, and promotes growth.

A LITTLE MORE ON WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Campaign Management: You’ll own the full spectrum of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Development: Shape and uphold Flock’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and design across all touch points.
  • Content Creation: Lead content strategy and production, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and newsletters, ensuring messaging is clear, human, and data-backed.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Distribution: Align marketing initiatives with sales strategies to drive engagement from customers and brokers.
  • Manage Marketing Suppliers: Lead a network of partners who support Flock’s design, web, online marketing, merchandise, and events needs.
  • Analytics and Optimisation: Use data to measure the success of campaigns, optimise performance, and demonstrate the return on marketing investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership, product teams, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are innovative, aligned with business objectives, and reflective of Flock’s mission to reduce risk.

At Flock, we offer two types of flexible work options which may vary depending on the needs of each role:

  • Hybrid: a minimum of two days a week in the London office
  • Remote: typically 3 days a month in the London offic
