    We seek a talented professional who can seamlessly integrate these three levels of excellence into our marketing strategy. This individual will play a crucial role in elevating our marketing efforts and solidifying Caldic as a market leader in Europe. By effectively utilizing Principal content, developing compelling brand materials, and continuously sharing market insights and NPD findings, this person will help us achieve our ambitious goals and make a significant impact in the food ingredients market.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Energetic, positive team player who can also work independently
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in food ingredients marketing or analysis
  • Hands-on mentality, eager to get things done and drive impact
  • Continuously seeking personal and professional growth
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Knowledge of and experience with email, social, and advertising tools
  • Experience in developing sales material and marketing content
  • Data enthusiast, proficient with Excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Support Principal development and lead generation
  • Track and report marketing performance
  • Manage internal stakeholders and prioritize projects
