- You have a postgraduate degree in business, natural sciences, medicine, or a similar field of study, and have already gained professional experience, ideally related to marketing, healthcare, digital therapeutics, or the target group of Health Care Professionals (especially doctors)
- You have a quick grasp, high agility, and a strategic and analytical mindset

Responsibilities:
- Digital therapeutics or therapies use evidence-based and guideline-compliant modern technologies (especially apps) to support patients in making medically relevant behavioral changes for the treatment of diseases. In this innovative field, you manage Bayer’s DTx portfolio for the target audience of doctors/physicians within the HCP Marketing team
- You coordinate – together with many departments and internal and external partners – the development, strategy, and market launch of the products, with a focus on activation among doctors. This includes, for example, creating and revising relevant HCP marketing materials (sales materials, training, omnichannel measures, conferences, etc.) in close coordination with other departments such as sales, brand management, and medical
- Using defined KPIs, you analyze the development, actions, and success, continuously evolving the strategy
- You are responsible for project management, including external and internal communication (local and global), and for managing agencies
