Foundry is a collection of three specialized foodservice solutions—foodservice design, stainless fabrication, and foodservice equipment—dedicated to creating high-performance commercial kitchens through proactive project management.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic Hybrid Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for both Fred’s Hospitality and Foundry. This dual role will involve developing creative strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and increase revenue across hospitality and foodservice sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality and/or foodservice industries.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the goals of both the hospitality group and Foundry.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing initiatives for both entities, including social media, email campaigns, review management, to boost online presence and audience engagement.
  • Content Creation & Management: work with the social media consultants to develop engaging content tailored for each brand, including websites, blogs, and social media channels, ensuring messaging resonates with both hospitality guests and foodservice clients.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand identity for both Fred’s and Foundry across all marketing platforms
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences for both sectors, utilizing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, operations, and project management teams to design and promote special events, packages, and solutions that appeal to both hospitality guests and foodservice clients.
  • Event Marketing & Promotions: Plan and promote events, product launches, and seasonal offerings, fostering engagement and driving bookings across both businesses.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics for both hospitality and foodservice sectors, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
