Description:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Proven experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches or services.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Expertise in developing and managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions.
  • Website Management: Strong experience in managing websites, optimising user experience, and enhancing digital touchpoints to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Digital Marketing & PPC: Proficient in managing digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other Pay Per Click (PPC) platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Confident in delivering social reporting, analysing campaign performance, generating insights, and using analytics tools to drive improvements.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Working in Telecoms: Previous experience working within telecoms, specifically with fibre-related products.
  • Event Marketing: Experience organising and managing events, from local community outreach to corporate conferences.
  • Influencer Marketing: Experience in influencer outreach and engagement to boost brand awareness.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are essential for campaign execution and reporting.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Go-to-Market Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for Freedom Fibre (FF) as we expand our footprint across the UK. This role will focus on driving lead generation and conversion, managing our website and digital presence, and working closely with our ISP partners to coordinate both FF brand marketing and joint lead generation campaigns.
You will play a critical role in managing all marketing activities within FF’s network footprint, working collaboratively with multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to ensure effective local and regional campaigns. In addition, you will lead the execution of targeted campaigns aimed at maximising customer awareness, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring seamless go-to-market launches in new areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new area launches, driving awareness and customer acquisition through effective lead generation and conversion campaigns.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer leads and optimise conversion rates across both digital and offline channels.
  • Website Management: Oversee and manage the FF website to ensure optimal performance, customer engagement, and conversion, continuously enhancing user experience and digital touchpoints.
  • Partnership Marketing with ISPs: Collaborate with a large portfolio of ISPs to develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, supporting their efforts to generate leads and convert customers within FF-serviced areas.
  • Go-to-Market: Work closely with the Build and Projects teams to create effective go-to-market plans in Project Gigabit areas, utilising hyperlocal strategies to target rural areas, seeking approval from BDUK (FF’s Government contract) and reporting on success.
  • FF brand Marketing: Own and manage all marketing initiatives in FF’s network footprint areas, ensuring localised campaigns align with broader business goals and meet customer acquisition targets.
  • Brand Marketing: Lead FF’s overall brand marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence in both local and national markets, and maintaining strong brand positioning.
  • Digital Marketing & PPC: Manage the external digital agency to ensure FF’s Google, Facebook, and other PPC platforms, achieve strong ROI and customer engagement.
  • SEO & Digital PR: Maintain and improve SEO rankings, ensuring FF’s website and digital presence remain competitive. Lead digital PR and influencer marketing initiatives to further increase FF’s brand awareness.
  • Event Marketing: Plan, organise, and manage FF’s participation in community events, driving engagement and visibility in key markets.
  • Reporting & Optimisation: Monitor and report on campaign performance, driving continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximising ROI across all campaigns. Provide regular budget performance updates to senior management.
