Knight Frank is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to help deliver a strategic perspective to our Global Wealth audience.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience in a marketing manager’s role, to include agency side.
- Marketing professional who can think strategically and with a good understanding of marketing techniques including digital, event management, CRM and print processes.
- Managing and leading large scale multichannel projects.
- Understanding of residential property markets.
- Educated to degree level with professional marketing qualifications.

Responsibilities:
ROLE:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Global Wealth to raise brand profile, consideration, and engagement across the global Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) audience, through planning, implementation, and measurement of effective marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to support key marketing projects and initiatives for Knight Frank Research, Private Office, and International Project Marketing.
- Support strategic marketing conversations with business stakeholders to plan and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns, brand partnerships and client engagement initiatives.
- Align closely with the research team to shape and deliver the global marketing strategy for our flagship research publication The Wealth Report and supporting global research.
- Develop and implement an efficient distribution strategy for research newsletters, streamlining content delivery to minimise noise and overlap while maximising reach and engagement in the market.
- Define and implement the current channel and content mix for external research marketing activities, overseeing all marketing efforts related to key research reports, indices, and the podcast. This includes creating marketing assets, ensuring alignment with research brand guidelines, and managing social media planning and scheduling.
- Help raise market profile and brand salience with our B2C and B2B audiences, demonstrating a strong understanding of the global UHNW and luxury market and clients.
- Work collaboratively across the wider global marketing and communications teams, including PR, internal comms, content, social, digital, and creative services. Spotting opportunities to collaborate and align initiatives around market themes and audience needs.
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful and high-quality delivery of services and campaigns.
- Plan and execute high-quality, client-focused events tailored to meet the needs of UHNW clients and partners.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing campaign performance, produce detailed post-campaign reports, and offer strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns based on key performance insights.
