We are in search of a Marketing Manager for our Lendcare subsidiary. As the Marketing Manager with a focus on B2B marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s future by driving the acquisition, growth, and retention of our partner base. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will spearhead dynamic Marketing campaigns tailored to business clients, creating impactful strategies that enhance partnerships and financial outcomes. Your expertise in B2B Marketing will be invaluable in building strong, enduring relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a detailed Account-Based Marketing strategy to engage our partners. This strategy should ultimately drive enhanced financial outcomes
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of partner programs.
  • Work with internal teams to provide sales enablement support for Sales teams and resources to partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on external Marketing activities and events
  • Identify key areas for enhancement and develop targeted strategies to address them, thereby driving greater satisfaction and loyalty among our partners.
  • Map and master the partner journey.
  • Champion the LendCare brand and voice, ensuring it resonates across all platforms
  • Provide recommendations to optimize our digital Marketing efforts and ensure that our campaigns resonate with the right audience.
  • Additionally, you will provide guidance, knowledge sharing and support to a Marketing Specialist who will be reporting directly to you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Financial Services and B2B Expertise: Your experience in these areas will set you apart.
  • Digital Marketing Mastery: With 6+ years under your belt, you know how to drive results.
  • Academic Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your high attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Pressure-Proof: You’ve proven you can thrive under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Multitasking Maestro: Juggling multiple high-profile projects is your specialty.
  • Martech knowledge: Experience with email/CRM platforms
  • Marketing Savvy: A solid understanding of Marketing, Branding, and Communications.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON
