Mission:
The Home & Personal Care Marketing Manager’s main objective is to develop and bring a step further the Home & Personal Care category; giving full support to the Home & Personal Care Business Unit; so that it can achieve its growth potential.
The candidate is expected to proactively develop business development initiatives and share expertise on the Home & Personal Care industry; by following and thoroughly understanding the key brands’ marketing strategies across key markets; as well as understanding the latest trends, technologies and consumer insights.
The candidate is also expected to bring valuable fragrance expertise to the clients’ brands and grow the Eurofragance business by identifying and promoting product and fragrance opportunities. Will manage regional (LATAM & US region) and international projects collaborating with various key functions (sales, perfumers, evaluation, R&D) and following up on the key activities’ execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with sales team in client initiatives for the Home & Personal Care Category, preparing concepts design and innovative presentations in line with global marketing strategies.
  • Partnering with fragrance development team to guide them on proactive initiatives and fragrance development for key customer briefs/projects
  • Contribute to the vision of the global marketing team in the development of Proactive Marketing Tools such as Category Reviews, Promo Kits and Prospective Trends Presentations, in line with key strategic accounts’ business expectations.
  • Develop Analytical Tools for Home & Personal Care categories and selling stories for new technologies, working closely with Research & Development, Evaluation and Global Branding teams.
  • Monitor the category activities (market dynamics, product portfolio, technology and claims) and understand the client brand, and consumer behavior.
  • Continuously connect with the global marketing and product development teams to deploy our marketing capabilities in the most effective way (fairs, key customer visits, road shows)
  • Be a key catalyzer for growth for Eurofragance LATAM & US business through identifying and promoting product and fragrance opportunities.
  • Build an in-depth market, consumer and cross-category understanding for assigned geographies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client relationships, build joint account strategies, priorities and provide them with Insightful fragrance solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Marketing and Business Management.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience with a good track record in B2C in FMCG Home & Personal Care or B2B in a Fragrance House, with strong technical category know-how and experience working with multinational teams.
  • Solid understanding of fragrance industry and Home & Personal Care categories (Fabric Softeners and Detergents, Shower gel, Shampoo, Body Lotion, Soap).
  • Comfortable and familiar with various CI tools and trend databases to transform these insights into key take outs.
  • Proficient in operating Canva and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), digital and new-technologies savvy.
  • Availability to travel (20% of the time).
  • Languages: English (professional), Spanish (professional) and French (desirable).
