We are looking for an experienced and motivated marketing manager to join our talented team.
The Honour Health Group is an award-winning group of dental practices providing NHS and private dental treatments. We are an independent, family-run group with a long-established reputation for providing excellent patient care.
We have three practices – based in Jesmond, Ponteland and Stanley. We are very proud to have been treating patients throughout the North East for more than 35 years now.
You would be based primarily at Honour Health Jesmond - a modern, well-equipped practice based in a fantastic location on Osborne Road in the heart of Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne. We offer a friendly, fun environment to work in, where each member of staff is valued and supported.
We have won a series of accolades for our dedication to patient care, including ‘Dental Team of the Year 2024 – North East’ and ‘Practice of the Year 2024 – North East’ from the Dentistry Awards.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing strategy to raise brand awareness and promote our services
· Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
· Work with our practice manager and clinical lead to set annual marketing budget and ensure marketing activities fall within financial parameters
· Write and submit applications for awards within the dental industry
· Keep our website up to date and troubleshoot issues
· Work with clinicians to build a bank of photos and engaging video content for use on our website and social media platforms – such as team Q&As, patient testimonials and before & after cases
· Plan a social media content schedule, monitor reach and respond to queries
· Create copy for email marketing, blogs and newsletters
· Issue media releases, organise photography and follow up media coverage
· Manage the copywriting, design, print and distribution of printed materials – such as membership plan leaflets, appointment cards, promotional offers, posters and brochures
· Liaise with third parties regularly - such as our dental software provider and practice membership plan provider - to keep abreast of developments and collect / monitor / report on data
· Edit and update patient communications – such as email and text templates, letters and notices in reception
· Monitor and respond to patient reviews
