GROUP HOTELS MARKETING MANAGER – LOUIS FITZGERALD GROUP

Due to our continued growth and development, The Louis Fitzgerald Group(Hotels Division) is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to shape and lead the marketing strategy across 3 landmark hotels in Dublin and Cork.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel marketing, experience with managing multiple projects/properties and a proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for the creation, execution and performance review of all marketing activities and marketing campaigns across all channels including but not limited to, on-site, websites, email marketing, digital marketing and social media for the hotels’ and outlets (restaurants / bars / spa)
  • Management of the hotels’ external agencies across digital, social, graphic design and PR
  • Safeguarding and compliance of the hotels’ brand guidelines and corporate identity across all touch points (physical and digital)
  • Support the revenue and sales teams’ objectives with aligned marketing plans
  • Managing the marketing budget in line with the overall marketing objectives ensuring an effective return on investment

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

  • Significant marketing experience with a proven track record within the hospitality industry
  • Deep understanding of hospitality marketing and in particular digital
  • Experience with managing, briefing and performance assessment of external agencies (digital/social/PR)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and dynamic personality with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaign/project deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative minded and the ability to copywrite for web, social and digital
  • Self-motivated and results orientated.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting marketing performance on an on-going basis
