Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies.
- Create actionable marketing plans supporting the organization’s integrated marketing approach.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to meet commercial objectives.
- Track and review the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Gather customer and market insights to generate qualified leads.
- Social Media:
- Formulate marketing strategies for social media platforms.
- Build a media matrix, including short videos, live broadcasts, social media, and forums.
- Manage media partnerships (advertorials and editorials).
- Create and manage website and social media content.
- Analyze data from Google Adwords/Analytics and optimize continuously.
- Brand Building:
- Enhance and drive brand image, positioning, and messaging.
- Maintain clear direction for the product’s brand, marketing, and content efforts.
- Talent Development:
- Partner with creative interns to build a strong management culture.
- Coach and develop skills, providing advice and guidance on local issues
