In addition to our multiple restaurants located within Toronto’s core, Impact Kitchen fuels many of the city’s major sports teams and top athletes through our catering and culinary programs and partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of relevant Marketing & Brand management with a growing brand.
- Understanding of key marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute a robust marketing strategy with a focus on brand growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required.
- Experience managing a growing team of marketing professionals.
- The desire to support Impact Kitchen through growth.
- A passion for health & wellness is an asset.
- Able to work in both a standing and seated position for extended periods of time.
- G driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset but not required.
Responsibilities:
In addition, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary and People & Culture departments to support menu launches, priority menu items, employer branding & optimizing guest experience.
- Managing and adhering to the annual & periodic Marketing budget.
- Reporting on key marketing metrics including Objectives, Key Results and KPIs
